- All information you provide is accurate and truthful
Use of Services
You agree to use our services responsibly and not to:

- Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or confidential third-party material without permission
- Attempt to disrupt or misuse the website or systems
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access where necessary.
Programs & Services
Founder Capital offers structured programs based on assessment and fit.
- Placement into programs is determined through our internal review process
- We reserve the right to accept, decline, or defer applications
- Program structure, content, and delivery may evolve over time
Participation in a program does not guarantee specific outcomes, including funding.
Payments & Fees
- All payments must be made in full before services are confirmed, unless otherwise agreed
- Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g. DPO Pay)
- Pricing is communicated clearly before engagement
Refund Policy
- Payments are generally non-refundable once a program or session has started
- Exceptions may be considered at our discretion in specific circumstances
Bookings & Scheduling
- Strategy sessions must be booked and paid for in advance
- If you need to reschedule, notice must be given at least [24–48 hours] in advance
- Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded or rescheduled
Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Founder Capital, including:
- Frameworks
- Templates
- Documents
- Content
are the intellectual property of Founder Capital unless otherwise stated.
You may use these materials for your own business purposes but may not:
- Reproduce
- Distribute
- Sell or share them publicly
without permission.
Confidentiality
We treat all information shared with us as confidential and will not disclose it without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver services.
You agree not to share proprietary methods, materials, or internal processes provided by Founder Capital.
No Guarantees
Founder Capital provides guidance, strategy, and support, but:
- We do not guarantee funding
- We do not guarantee business success or outcomes
- Results depend on multiple factors outside our control
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Founder Capital is not liable for:
- Business decisions made based on our guidance
- Loss of revenue, data, or opportunities
- Any indirect or consequential damages
Use of our services is at your own discretion.
Third-Party Services
